Unlike conventional integrated printers, the INCODE G0510 adopts a three-board modular design, allowing each key function to operate independently:

  • Green Board – Display Driver Board: controls the touch screen display. In the rare event of a blackout, users can simply replace the driver board or display without affecting the rest of the system.

  • Red Board – Data Processing Core: functions like an industrial-grade computer, responsible for generating and managing variable data. Its high stability minimizes the risk of system failure.

  • Black Board – Printhead Control Board: manages the printhead and inkjet output. Previous challenges such as ink leakage or board damage have been eliminated with upgraded circuit protection and multiple fuses, significantly improving reliability.

This modular structure simplifies servicing — customers no longer need to replace the entire machine for minor faults. Instead, they can replace only the relevant module, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Perfect Synchronization with Production Lines

One of the defining strengths of the G0510 online inkjet printer is its precise synchronization with production line speed. Whether printing at high speed or low speed, the print size and position remain consistent.

Traditional printers often struggle with mismatched line speeds, resulting in distorted or overlapping prints. The G0510 eliminates this issue through advanced motion synchronization and real-time feedback control.

For fixed data, it can print up to 70 small characters per second or 30 larger characters per second. For variable data, the G0510 maintains a stable performance of 2–3 prints per second, thanks to its intelligent data generation and transmission system.
